The entire new website is just horrible. And the Michael Steele walk-out on the homepage is creepy as sh**t.

The entire new website is just horrible.

Really?  I've been extremely dissatisfied with Steele's chairmanship thus far, but I like the new site.  What do you find wrong with it?  I might be missing some things, being that I have no experience in web/graphic design. 

In addition to all the things Lunar mentioned, I just think the overall design concept isn't particularly visually appealing. The red is way too bright and bold, there's way too much open space and embedded material with links, waaay too much text... I haven't looked through it all but my initial impression was not very good.

There are two possibilities:
1) Some white Republican thought this was a good idea
2) Michael Steele thought this was a good idea and the whites felt too racially awkward to call him out on it

My money's on option #2

Apparently the face changes every time you refresh. With a sample size of six, I've gotten two black men, two black women, and two white men. This party couldn't be any more of a self-parody.

The best one (which Lunar mentioned earlier) is easily Frederick Douglas.
