If you could pick your own nationality, what nationality would you pick? I like being Italian, but I'd love to be a minority to get better financial aid

Yes, that's weird. That's just in NJ or in US as a whole?
That's just in his personal parallel universe.

No it's true. Minorities(whether rich or poor) have a better chance at receiving grants and financial aid from the government, simply because of their race.

Statistical purposes.

Oh of course, the dread "statistical purposes". If you don't think they look at a persons race, and make that a factor, then you are just naive.
