Awesome! I've been to Alaska before, it's actually a fairly beautiful place. Where about do you live? Anchorage, I would hope. I can't imagine a human being surviving anywhere farther north. Then again, I find Oklahoma to be too cold in the winter. Tongue

Glad you liked the place. Smiley Yup, I live in Anchorage. Born and raised here. I like the cold, just not the wind that sometimes accompanies it. I could not imagine surviving in Texas during the summer. I have a sneaking suspicion that I'd melt in a hurry. Tongue

It pays well, and I hope to eventually be a published author and therefore not have to work in an office any more. I suppose I am not doing my job justice; it is interesting, in a way, to be making bureaucratic decisions about children's books. (I work for Scholastic Co.) Just not that interesting.

It's not so bad depending on where you stay. In Houston, where I was born and raised, the humidity is enough to make you maim other people. Austin whether is much like California whether, sunny and dry. Dallas has the best whether, and actually has seasons.

Yeah, I am a big time M's and Red Sox fan. In Football I am a big Packers and Seahawks fan.

O_O Whoa!! I'm a big Packers and Seahawks fan too!!! Shocked (As evidenced by their helmets in my siggy) Tongue

But for baseball, I'm pretty much a Mariner fan. The D-Backs are my second favorite team, but I don't identify as a D-Backs fan. I always root for the M's no matter who they play.

For football, whenever the Pack and Hawks play, no matter who wins, I'm happy. Smiley Though I hate to see one knock the other out of the playoffs. I love both teams, so that's why I identify myself as a Packer and Seahawk fan.
