CT- Chris Dodd-D is declared the winner- 59D
NH- Paul Hodes-D is declared the winner- 60D
AR ,CO,and NV are too close to call.
re-electing Dodd-CT will be important for DEMS maintaining their 60 seat majority-
We hold onto DE,IL,and PA and NY (Gillibrand-D)-pick up MO,OH,and NH-narrowly. We lose AR and CO(Lincoln and Bennett-are weak backbenchers-D). If we lose CT- we will have 60 seats including Reid-NV- Red-NV will ned to win-in order to maintain 60 seat Democratic majority. If Dodd wins- it wount matter whether or not Reid loses- becasue Dems will have a 60 seat majority and Schumer-NY becomes Majority Leader.

The Carnahan vs Blunt race is not going to be a tossup like Carnahan vs Ashcroft or Talent vs Carnahan or Talent vs McCaskill but it wont be a landslide like Ashcroft vs Wheat. It will be similar to the Kit Bond's previous US Senate races except the Democratic nominee is favored to win.  The race will be a 5-10 point favoring Carnahan-D.
