Never was very good at it, but I do remember that often times when I person feels vulnerable they will attack someone else for doing thing A when they themselves do thing A just to cover for the fact that they do thing A. Nice try, Hamilton. My outburts are the product of illness, yours aren't. Even so I haven't had any "really major" outbursts in over two weeks and am feeling better then I have in months.
