In 1994- GOP revolution- 32 Democratic US House members lost re-election.
1)AZ-6(English-D)- seat is now AZ-5-currently held by DEM(Harry Mitchell-D)-2006
2)CA-1(Hamburg-D)- seat is now currently held by DEM(Mike Thompson-D)-1998
3)CA-19(Lehman-D)-still Republican (George Radanovich-R)-1994
4)CA-49(Schenk-D)-seat is now CA-53-currently held by DEM(Susan Davis-D)-2000
5)GA-7(Darden-D)-seat is now GA-11-still Republican-(Phil Gingrey-R)-2002
6)GA-10(Johnson-D)-still Republican (Paul Broun-R)-2007
7)ID-1(LoRocco-D)-seat is now held by DEM(Walt Minnick-D)-2008-can flip in 2010.

Sandlin-(TX-1), Lampson(TX-2), Stenholm (TX-19) and Frost(TX-32)- Stenholm and Frost lost in Rep Inc vs DEM Inc matchup.
outside TX-only one Democratic incumbent lost- IN-9(Hill-D)-won seat back in 2006 rematch.
Republican incumbents who lost in 2004.
1)GA-12(Burns-R)- still Democratic (John Barrow-D)-2004
2)IL-8 (Crane-R)-still Democratic (Melissa Bean-D)-2004
In 2006-Democratic year- 0 Democratic incumbents lost- 21 Republican incumbents lost.
In 2008-5 Democratic incumbents lost- 15 Republican Incumbents lost.
