I'm going to assume that this organization isn't against moral bigotry at all considering I spent my entire time in the senate fighting for educational freedom, drug legalization, sexual liberation, lowering the drinking age, etc.

I'm not questioning that, this organization is a democracy, and a majority of members have voted for Hashemite for endorsement. DWDL has some very positive qualities, one being his social views, it's just that the members have voted.

Not that I care as endorsements like this has typically meant nothing and I don't expect to win, but seriously this organization has become nothing more than leftists joining to vote for endorsements.  I'd love to join this organization but I think it needs actual requirements for membership and endorsements rather than people who do not endorse the message being here

the elections are over, but our work is far from finished, it has only begun. Right now as we speak there is a great movement rising in this nation in opposition to the continued existence of "ex-gay" institutions. I'm proud to say that in my home region, the Midwest, we have begun the first steps in the war to eradicate these places of moralf****try. Therefore, for those of you who have been elected to office I implore you to create or endorse legislation that goes towards eliminating this threat to individuality, freedom, and liberty. If you are not an officeholder put pressure on your elected officials to support such legislation that goes towards curtailing this activity. Tell these bigots that homosexuality is a choice, not a disease.
