I don't know of an easy way to get them.  *But*, if you're willing to do some work, you can recover some of the polling by searching the NY Times online archives.  Their entire archives going back to 1981 are available online:

http://query.nytimes.com/search/query?srchst=nyt&&srcht=a&srchr=n

So, for example, if you search using keywords "Bush Clinton poll" over a particular range of dates in 1992, you'd get news stories on some of the polling.
