If more than 50% of voters in any election cast a blank ballot, the result will be nullified and a special election will take place two weeks from the first election.

I would like a vote on this in time for the next election.

Alight editorial change made to keep it consistent with the Statutes, but with four other Acts already on the Senate floor, it is doubtful whether this can be voted upon before the next election begins.

Act to Improve Electoral Choices

If a majority of voters in any election cast a blank ballot, the result will be nullified and a special election will take place two weeks from the first election.

A provision should be added to allow new candidates to join the race should a special election be held.

I think a none of the above option is better.

I think this will be the last bill able to be voted on before the election, it would be nice if we don't introduce anything else

I thought about including a "None of these Candidates" option for when I was Forum Affairs Secretary in the Nym administration, and the June election was held -- if we could officially have a legal option for one, that'd be great.

Unless there is a motion to extend debating on this bill, voting is now open.

Alright this is left over from the 3rd Senate, 5-0 was the final count before we abandoned it. Should somebody from the old senate vote, should there be a revote, or should have one senator still serving from the old senate vote?

The Bill lapsed as soon as the New Senate was sworn in. A complete re-introduction of the Bill would be required for it to be passed.

I don't know why you just said that considering this is a non-active bill. If you wanna re-introduce, just say so.
