"Should a leader be strong and always right?"

Well, wouldn't it be a good thing to have a leader who was always right?

It would be bad to have a state ideology decree that the leader was always right regardless of the reality of the situation, but a leader who was actually right all the time as the question implies would be a good thing, right?

Yes, but people who are always right don't exist ; and if you think they do, you could be fascist.

That's a good point. Fascists believe that the correct course of action is always self-evident & that debate is wrong. Someone who believes that a leader can always be right probably is a fascist.
