In order at this time, and they're close:

Arnold
McCain
Rudy
Bush
Laura
Cheney

And Zell's just in a class by himself. I can't rank him. That speech was worth recording and filing away.

Arnold was great, but Bush's was better because it finally layed out a plan to continue the Republican agenda.

The others were mostly for the value of making fun of kook rhetoric from the left. And man, Miller was awesome.

Guiliani had great range, good delivery.. comfortable, hard hitting... I keep him at #1.

Bush, however, had a lot more pressure and has less speaking ability... and he rose to the occasion. Borderline brilliant.

Rudy
Bush
Arnold
Zell
McCain
Laura
Cheney

Agree with you on that. He and Senator Frist were the speakers who addressed the NH delegation's breakfast.
