I dont beleive the federal government has any taxing authority. Not beyond tarifs and other such fees anyways. I know the Atlasian Congress has been acting like they have complete control over all our lives. But with a few more posts I hope to start submitting legal challenges to their reckless behavior.

You have to remember that it took a constitutional amendment to the US Constitution to tax the public. And this constitution makes no mention of taxes whatsoever.
