I think that it will be the "dem turnout" wich will be stronger than never.

I agree. Partiularly: What will the ratio of the Hispanic vote look like? Bush needs to get at least 35%+. Will Kerry penetrate the Veteran vote? If he gets 45% or better, Bush is toast. Will the 18 - 30 y.o. vote turn out? If so, in all probability it will lean heavily Kerry. Can the Unions repeat their stellar performance of 2000 for Kerry? Thats what keeps PA, OH, WI, MO, and MI competative or in the Dem column. Can Kerry garner  90% of the African American vote like Gore did? Turnout in these groups will prove decisive in this election.
