A Speech for Keystone Phil

I remember when Keystone Phil first appeared in forum politics.  The Republican Party was on the ropes and in need of effective spokesmen for conservative ideas.  We found such a spokesman in Keystone Phil.

Now Phil is engaged in a tough battle in the special election for senate in the second district.  Now, far be it from me to tell the voters of the second district how to vote, but I do think that my experience in the senate allows me to know a fine senator when I see one.  Keystone Phil will make a fantastic senator.  He will be an active voice in the senate to protect the rights of every citizen in the district.  He will be a tireless supporter of freedom and democracy, values and tripartisanship.

Right now the citizens of district two of an incredible opportunity to kiss off mediocrity once and for all.  A vote for Keystone Phil is a vote for the exceptional.
