Article I (Name of Organization)The name of this organization shall be the Atlas Forum Republican National Committee.
Article II (Party Structure)[/u]
The executive powers of the Republican party shall be vested in the National Chairman. It will be the responsibility of the National Chairman to keep updated lists of republican voter registration, advertise for the party and the party's candidates, oversee get out the vote drives, et cetera.
In addition, the party leadership will consist of five regional chairmen to perform similar functions on a regional level.
The Western Region will consist of Washington, Oregon, Californiz, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Alaska, and Hawaii.
The Southwestern Region will consist of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
The Midwestern Region will consist of North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.
The Southeastern Region will consist of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
The New England region will consist of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
These Regions will remain static despite changes in district on the forum. These Regions will exist solely for party purposes.

Upon appointment, the Regional Chairmen will apoint a National Chairman to serve a full term of two months. At the end of every two months the Regional Chairmen will reconvene to either reelect the current National Chairman or elect a new Chairman. There shall be no limit to the number of consecutive terms the Chairman may serve.
Section IIRegional Chairman will be appointed by the National Chairman to serve terms of five months. There is no limit to the number of consecutive terms the Regional Chairmen may serve.
Article IV (Removal From Office)[/b]
Section IEither the National Chairman or any of the Regional Chairmen may be removed from office by a majority vote of registered republican voters on the forum. A vote may be organized and conducted by any registered republican member of the forum.
The National Chairman may also be removed by a majority vote of the Regional Chairmen.
Section IIIn the event that the National Chairman is removed from office, the Regional Chairmen will meet to appoint a new Chairman to finish the remainder of the term.
Article V (Primaries)[/b]
Section IIn senate elections in which more than one republican candidate is running, a primary will be held to determine which candidate will proceed to the general election.
Section IIPresidential primaries will be conducted in the following manner:
The republican presidential candidate will be selected upon receiving a majority of the delegates at the party convention. A total of 1000 delegates will be award. 500 delegates will be awarded from regional primaries and the other 500 will be super delegates controled by the regional chairmen. Each chairman will decide when and how each primary will be conducted.
The national chairman will decide when and how the convention will be conducted.
Article VI (Adoption of Bylaws)[/u]
These bylaws will be adopted upon receiving approval from a majority of republicans in this thread.
