Today, we are going to inaugurate a great man, a close friend, and hopefully a wonderful governor, Mr. Ilikeverin.

I wouldask of members of all parties, please no catcalling in this special cermony, the swearing in f the forum's first elected governor, and the midwest's first elected governor, also.
