Due to my current disputes with the Republicans over the dissolvement call, I have taken it upon myself to create a new party that will serve the interest of the People. I have announced that the Reform Party of Atlas Elections will do just that. We will work hard to make sure that fair elections are held, and reform of government will take place.

Welcome the party of Reform and fair government. I hope that you will find the Reform Party as the party of your choice. It is my goal to make our elected leaders accountable to the people. To make sure thier powers are not abused in anyway so the ideas of democracy and free speech contunue to grow and blossom. The Reform Party also believes in fair and free elections.

The Reform Party supports a constitution that gives the people rights and privileges. A constitution that defines the role of government, how a government is formed, and who is elected or even allowed to run. We can not allow the Republicans or Democrats to have a stranglehold on who runs and who does not. We as a Reform party, want to give the people broader choices and give them candidates who are willing to work for them.

The Reform Party supports the ideals of a strong national defense. We reconize that in order defend ourselves from threats, foriegn and domestic, strong defense is needed. The Reform Party also supports the idea of cutting unnecessary and wastful spending by eliminating Social Security amd replacing it with a semi-privtitized one. The Reform Party also realizes that money is  wasted on Medicare and we propose changes to that plan that will reduce spending on it.

This Party realizes that not much will get done unless you the voter put a reformer into office so we can start sending you progress. It is our goal to make government accessable to all. We intend to deliver on that!

I would have thought it would be reformers who bring reforms, and progressives who send progress Wink

You're counting Esteban as an independent, despite the fact that he has a Dem avatar. But maybe there's a good reason...

ILikeVerin has a Dem avatar (I used to also), but he is still a Progressive. Also, we had been in negoitiations with Esteban previously as regards a potential Progressive membership before his prolonged absence - I would suggest that it is not necessarily certain of his party affiliation until he states one.

GusNews will not flinch, but stick by it's early call. We expect the Hispanic vote to go Dem. Smiley

Since there is no real support for the Reform Party, I officially disband the party and return my party affiliation to the Republicans.

I'm keeping my Dem avatar because that's how I am in RL.  But, if you wish, I can change it Undecided
