The SC voted 7-2 to not force Cheney to release documents about his energy task force. How pitiful. Well, what do you expect from that court, anyway. Ginsburg and Souter were the minority. Scalia really should have excused himself from the case.

And made the vote 6-2 instead? You don't think Scalia is somewhat vindicated by voting with a rather strong majority?  If he had cast the deciding vote, then Dems might have a gripe.
