I think that Nader may actually not get enough signatures to be on the ballot this time in many states.  The minimum threshold is fairly high in states like OH and FL; just by the minimum threshold, Nader may not be in the running.

I thought you don't even need signatures to be on the Florida Ballot...

He was on most of the ballot last time. There's also the difference between being on the ballot and having ballot access, ie being a write-in candidate...
