     I usually capitalize anything if it begins a sentence. Even opebo's name.

Why do you ask this a lot?

I was reading a thread the other day and saw someone else capitalize it. I found it amusing because it was someone who should have known better. I forget who did it though. I almost bumped it, too.

All caps is ok too.  Bold or a larger font may give it the recognition it deserves.  Italics no.

Who cares? People go "Catmusic vs. Xahar" all the time. Catmusic instead of catmusic, instead of Calvin & Hobbes, which I would prefer, or C&H for short. But Calvin & Hobbes should be capitalized.
