Exactly my thought. It shows that, so far, most of the back and forth on the environmental bill is being overshadowed by health care and the economy. Which also makes it possible for the Democrats to slip it through without much public outcry. But both sides have ample time to frame this issue and it really lays in how effective the parties are at this.
