They had 15 EV's between 2020-2030, but lost a lot of people in the Seattle Flu of '27.

There was a major plague that killed roughly one quarter of the population and a lot of canadians. It was contained before it spread, and President George P. Bush declared it a national tragedy.

This is true. That being said it is still a cool map, but I don't think Florida will end up having that many seats,  and as said before Washington will gain at least one.
