Virginia last had two Democratic Senators on January 3, 1973.

My original list was based on having one seat of a particular party in the state. If I used the actual seat, it would be:

MN - 2002
CO - 1978
NH - 1978
NM - 1972
NC - 1972
VA - 1972
AK - 1968
OR - 1966 (the seat that switched in 1968 was the other seat (now held by Ron Wyden))

Ill try to give you some help here:

OH-15 last switched in 1966.
OH-16 in 1950.
MI-07 was newly created for 1992.
PA-03 switched in 1976.
NY-29 last switched in 1986.
