OH-15:  Additionally, with Madison County now fully in, Stivers leads by 594 votes.  Of course, the Franklin County ballots are still out, and they will, of course, decide the election...

http://blog.dispatch.com/dailybriefing/2008/11/stivers_keeps_building_lead.shtml

If Stivers netted that many votes from those two small counties, Kilroy will almost surely net more than that from Franklin county, which is like 90% or more of the district.

GA-SEN is updated after the election.

VA-05 recount is set for December 16-17.  I expect nothing to change.

In CA-04, supposedly all the ballots have been counted and McClintock is up 1,576.  He's declared victory, but Brown hasn't conceded.  The election has to be certified by December 13 and it is outside automatic recount territory.  I don't have much else to add.

We all know about MN-SEN.

OH-15, on the other hand, is a complete mess.

http://www.snponline.com/articles/2008/12/01/multiple_papers/news/all15th%2012_20081201_0948am_1.txt

As this article states, the Sixth Circuit vacated the District Court's decision counting the 1,000 unsigned provisionals on the grounds that the federal courts shouldn't be deciding this issue and remanded it back to the Ohio Supreme Court for a decision.  Nothing has happened there yet.

As such, none of the Franklin County provisionals have been counted yet, causing them to miss the certification deadline.  Recounts start on December 6, so hopefully it'll be done by then.  Maybe not.

So in other words, Brown is as badde as Goode.

New addition to the HP list. Angry

Oh wow. Franklin isn't counting because they want to know what exactly to count? Huh Why not just count the definitely valid votes first and maybe add the others after if they're declared valid - there's enough of them to maintain anonymity. Huh

Ohio election law requires the county to count all of the ballots at once. They can't count some now and the rest later.

Charlie Brown conceded, according to a couple of diaries on Daily Kos.

Ohio supreme court rejects the 1,000 disputed ballots in OH-15. Now maybe they can finish counting?

Edit: Count will be done tomorrow, election certified Sunday. Recount to follow!
