I think that's only with House races. Case in point, the Wyoming and Mississippi Special Senate elections.

I think it will mostly depend on how big Sarah Palin's head has become.  If she is serious about running in 2012 then I'm sure she'll opt for the Senate seat.  If she isn't quite sure about her future political plans then it probably belongs to Parnell.
