West Virgina, I just can;t imagine Obama winning Georgia.

I would say West Virginia would go first, but it depends on who shows up to the polls. If blacks have an extremely high voter turnout, GA could go and WV might not (very unlikely). However, if enough frustrated white people decide to vote for Obama then WV could go and GA might not.
