Has Palin really been the main reason the Minnesota has tightened. I can think of no other large enough reason to have Minnesota tightening in the polls like it is (Although some would say it isn't tightening, I disagree) with all the other states moving towards Obama for the most part. What is going on there? Is it just noise and bad samples? Or was there really some kind of effect ONLY in the slightly strange state of Minnesota?

If that's the reason that Minnesota has tightened then I have to say Minnesota has lost all credibility.

what is this?  The odds of Minnesota being McCain +5-7% over his national margin are about the same as my odds of being the next Pope of Saudi Arabia.  SUSA has become a bit of a joke in general-election polls.
