I'd like to make a public challenge to Blue Lion in regards to a Senate debate between the two of us (seems unlikely that anyone else will be running but if anyone does, they will be invited, too). Also, I'd like to put out a request for a moderator.

I would be willing to moderate, if need be.

I accept the challenge from my opponent Keystone Phil.  Please set a time that is viable for you whenever you can.

Just to let you know, Ernest isn't going to let you on the  ballot unless you declare you candidacy in this thread:

Didn't see that.  He wasn't on Ernest's list earlier, I assumed he hadn't declared there yet.  Is it legal to only let candidates declare in that thread on the ballot?

So, I guess we should go through laws of the Senate now...

Yates, PBrunsel, or someone from neither party but a well-informed individual would be fine.

In regards to a time, how does Thursday or Friday night work for you?  I will be very busy with schoolwork the next three days.  Hopefully those times work for you too.

Timing doesn't matter all that much since it will go on for days and answers can come in over time but for the sake of declaring a starting date, let's go with Thursday.

Yates, PBrunsel, or someone from neither party but a well-informed individual would be fine.

Let's go with Yates since he volunteered and we agree that he is well-informed.

Sounds good to me.  Good luck in the debate, and I'll see you Thursday.
