     McKinley is the latest president to leave on the boat. His imperialist adventures, such as capturing the Philippines from the Spanish, left many judges unimpressed, & he was sent packing.

     Now, with 17 men left, it's your choice as to who stays, & who goes. Be aware that over 1/2 of the Presidents have now been eliminated. Now with numbers denoting the order in which they were voted off, per Torie's suggestion.

     I changed more rules regarding tiebreakers in order to avoid future confusion. The changed content in the rules is still bolded. The rest is still DanimalBR's work.
