Conducted between July 17 and August 17 (!!!) among 753 registered voters, MoE = 3.6%:

Obama: 40%
McCain: 40%
Undecided: 20%

If you check, with the exception of Rasmussen, all Ohio polls I have seen over the past 30 dayshave the candidates within two points of each other.

Rasmussen is clearly the outlier.
