Did anyone else watch these biographies/interviews of the two candidates?

I thought both were pretty good, although the McCain one was definitely superior, perhaps because it featured more interview segments. The Obama one was pretty soft.

Oh yea, I forgot in my initial post but Russ Feingold said that he believes McCain would be a good president. You usually don't see candid remarks like that from big time politicians, especially during an election year; I liked that.

I saw the FOX News reports on the two candidates.  Their McCain one was initially hard on only one issue, the Keating 5, but then spent fifteen minutes defending him.  They spent most of the rest of the time making McCain looks good.  Their segment on Obama really attacked him for his connections to Ayers, Wright, and Rezko and didn't really defend anything except for him knocking off his primary opponents for his state senate run.

CNN's one on McCain is on for me in 45 minutes, is it worthwhile?

25 minutes in.  This is infinitely higher-quality than the FOX one since it actually interviews McCain and the reporter actually goes to Vietnam.  FOX news mentioned that McCain dated a stripper but CNN didn't though.

The McCain one is pretty darn good.  It helps you understand who is he quite a bit.  The character painted doesn't really match his campaign's character.  But I suppose Obama's character probably does not align with his protectionist nationalism either.

Doesn't surprise me. Feingold, as always, is just being a colossal FF.
