Obsessive-compulsive disorder is characterized by either obsessions or compulsions:

Obsessions
    * Fear of contamination or dirt
    * Repeated doubts
    * Having things orderly and symmetrical
    * Aggressive or horrific impulses
    * Sexual images

Compulsions
    * Washing and cleaning
    * Counting
    * Checking
    * Demanding reassurances
    * Repeating actions over and over
    * Arranging and making items appear orderly

Obsessions
    * Repeated doubts (I usually go out and lock my car at midnight because I feel like I forgot)
    * Having things orderly and symmetrical (oh yea, big time)
    * Aggressive or horrific impulses (I always assume the worst)

Compulsions
    * Washing and cleaning (two showers a day at least)
    * Counting (that's true)
    * Checking (see above)
    * Demanding reassurances
    * Repeating actions over and over
    * Arranging and making items appear orderly

So almost everything
