I think it's a natural consequence of a close election.  You think your candidate had to have won and elections are such a complex process that you can cherrypick irregularities to prove the injustice.

What do you mean, Ben?  I first said that years ago.  Well over half the Democrats I know question the legitimacy of every GOP victory since 2000.  Regardless of what you think happened in 2000, Al Gore has set a horrible trend for his side.  Now, if you didn't like the results of the election, all you do is openly challenge the legitimacy of it.  Not a good portent of things to come.

Perhaps it's just me, but I've noticed an increased partisanship in your posts, especially about Palin.

You're right, though, about claiming elections were stolen.  In a democracy, you win some, you lose some; I don't think Bush stole the 2000 election, although I do think that, had Gore requested a recount for the entire state, Bush would've won.  I believe the GOP won in '02 and '04 fair and square, because the Dems just blew it.

Well, there were a few thousand blacks that got classified as 'felons' over in Florida in 2000. I remember seeing it on BBC and a few other places. That said the 'ZOMG DIEBOLD 04 WAS STOLEN' stuff is largely unsubstantiated.
