Your lungs sure are hoping for Option 2. Seriously cigarettes are such a waste, you get buzzed for like 5 minutes and you smell like sh**t for hours.

Most people manage to quit and sustain it after their third or fourth try.

Just remember that the first 3 days are the worst it gets and try to keep sailing from there.
