Thanks and Congratulations

Thank you, everyone.  Thanks to all those who have helped me during this campaign.  Thanks to all of you who preferenced me.  Thanks to all of you who even granted me a kind word.  Thank you.

The results of the election seem to be fait accompli at this point, and I am very pleased with the results.  My congratulations to Mr. Moderate for his election to the Presidency of Atlasia.  When I set out, it was my goal to have an campaign that was focused on this issues and positive change, and he was more than happy to oblige.  His presence made this a better campaign, and I think that his presence in the Oval Office will make this a better nation.

But, as I have often said during this campaign, no one man can do everything required to make this country a better place.  I call all of you to work with our new President to bring about the change we want.  The act of improvement is never a spectator sport, and when it comes to our country, no one can afford to sit idle.

Every moment is a fight for the future and every moment we allow to go by, unacted upon, becomes a casualty of the struggle. 

I ask all of you tonight to join together to resolve that we will not let a moment go by.  That we will work everyday, as one nation, to always find the better way, and the higher road.  That we will reach for "unattainable" goals, dream "impossible" things, and see beyond what is "real".  For it is only in doing those things that we can come to the realization that no goal is unattainable.  No dream is impossible.  And what seems like fantasy today, can become tomorrow's reality.

I am quite disappointed that you did not get the chance to serve as president. It seems unfair that a knucklehead like me got to the Oval Office but a real intelligent, smart guy like you never did.
