Democratic in the sense that they elect Democrats or carry out democracy?  Minnesota probably wins on both counts

Democratic in the sense that they elect Democrats or carry out democracy?  Minnesota probably wins on both counts

It's not a capital D.

I'm surprised you vote for Minnesota though. I'm sure all Republicans and Franken-haters would vote for Alaska.

Minnesota didn't suspiciously have significantly depressed turnout this election despite the fact that it had two super-competitive statewide races, its beloved governor on the national ticket, and Obama on the national ticket as well (Alaska had crazy turnout during the primaries).

Besides, minor vote-stealing in very close races is normal.

The magic vote appearing thing kind of pisses me off, but in Alaska I'm sure they can't even find the votes half the time and the others are on a sled to be delievered within the next two years
