I have no idea who this guy is, nor have ever heard of him, but I've seen his ad on TV twice today, once on CNN and once on The Weather Channel.  No one has ever heard of him, I'll bet, but its interesting that he would be the first Republican candidate to place an ad on Oklahoma Television, lol.

He's served in the Carter, Reagan, and Bush Sr. administrations, so I don't think he's the typical crackpot running for the Republican nomination (see Hugh Cort)
