Ummm, this deficit has essentially nothing to do with Arnold.  Its main cause was the real estate bubble bursting which has reduced revenue and slowed the economy.

Might I also add, ferny, that it was your Democratic friends in the legislature that have opposed any and every cost saving measure proposed by Schwarzenegger for the last four years.
