I agree without qualification to:
1. Ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment
30. Increase the current pay levels, monthly imminent danger pay, and family separation allowances for  U.S. soldiers
31. Provide better care for the wounded, sick, and injured soldiers returning home
43. Protecting the confidentiality of all people diagnosed with AIDS/HIV or tested for HIV
44. Make drug treatment and other programs available for all addicts who seek help
47. Ban private prisons

With qualification I can support:
3. The "morning-after" pill is legal without prescription

Available from pharmacists, but not OTC.

11. Banning racial profiling

Generally support, but don't carry it to the extreme where it can't be used as one of multiple factors to narrow targets of suspicion

19. Fund in-home support services to allow the disabled to hire personal care attendants while remaining at home

To the extent that society as a whole benefits, yes, but as painful as it may be to acknowledge, sometimes the cost required to give the disabled the greatest degree of opportunity for person happiness is so high as to not be worth it to society as a whole.

20. Ending discriminatory federal, state, and local laws against particular religious beliefs, and non-belief

Yes, so long as such efforts don't go so far as to punish or infringe upon those who hold mainstream beliefs

32. Laws to protect corporate "whistle blowers"

Depends on the type of whistle being blown

34. Preventing communities from being coerced by governmental agencies or corporations into siting hazardous materials

Define "coerced".

36. Corporations receiving public subsidies required to provide jobs that pay a living wage, observe basic workers' rights, and agree to affirmative action policies

Agree with the first two, disagree with the last one.  We've reached the point where affirmative action policies are not particularly helpful by and large.

38. A publicly funded health care insurance program

Only a bare bones one that includes emergency and palliative care.

42. Allowing all prisoners affected with AIDS/HIV in all countries to have the same access as free citizens to education, treatment, preventive measures (including condom use), and medical care

Define "access".  If you mean the state pays for all these no matter how expensive, then no.

50. Repeal "three strikes" laws

Only to the extent that they apply to non-violent crimes.

By 'intersex', does that mean the transgendered, or hermaphrodites?  Or both?

I sure as hell don't approve of early (or modern) Mormonism. In the case of Protestantism, the situation was rather different with the authoritarian regimes of the time. In a modern day context though, Scientology is clearly violating the law (and continues to through the abuse of its members and attempts to slander former members) and there's no reason the government should ignore this.

Other issues come to mind with this too. I sure as hell don't support honor killings being legal if it is in the parties' involved religion. I don't think those polygamist child molesting fundamentalist Mormon wackos out west should be allowed to keep doing their thing. And #27 is one also.

1. Ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment
Yes.
2. Ratification of the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (adopted by the UN in 1979, but not ratified by the US)
I guess so (would have to check what's so controversial to be quite 100% sure o/c)
3. The "morning-after" pill is legal without prescription
Yes.
4. Abortion legal regardless of age or marital status
Yes. (There are other conditions I'd want met, though.)
No actually, that's not quite true. I want minors to have slightly easier access to abortion than adults.
5. Contraception included in health coverage
How much does the pill cost? Or a spiral or diaphragm? I admit to having no idea.
6. Abortion included in health coverage
Not generally.
7. Passage of a national pay equity law
Yes.
8. Repeal 1996 welfare reform
Yes.
9. Removal of the Confederate battle flag from all government buildings
Removal from state flags? Yes. Ban on what government officers keep in their offices? No.
10. Reparations for descendants of African-American victims of slavery
No. It is, sadly, too late for that.
11. Banning racial profiling
Depends what's meant exactly, but lean yes.
12. Banning discrimination on the basis of language in voting rights
Yes.
13. National program encouraging all citizens to be fluent in at least two languages
Depends on the expense.
14. Ratification of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples
Yes.
15. Same-sex marriage
Don't care if they *call* it marriage, but for equal legal status.
16. Banning discrimination against intersex persons
In principle, yes of course.
17. Banning forced genital mutilation of intersex persons
Wtf is this about?
18. Legislation against hate crimes
I tend to. Depends on the exact terms.
19. Fund in-home support services to allow the disabled to hire personal care attendants while remaining at home
Depends on exact circumstances.
20. Ending discriminatory federal, state, and local laws against particular religious beliefs, and non-belief
Yes.
21. Prosecution of hate crimes based on religious affiliation or practice
Should be included under any sensible definition of "hate crimes", yes.
22. Elimination of displays of religious symbols, monuments, or statements on government buildings, property, websites, money, or documents
Again, only as far as official government-owned stuff is concerned.
23. Ending faith-based initiatives and charitable choice programs
Ending the programs themselves? No, of course. I think you mean government subsidies.
24. Ending school vouchers whereby public money pays for students in religious schools
Yes. I care more that they should be treated just like all other private schools than that they, like all private schools, should be closed down, though.
25. Ending governmental use of the doctrines of specific religions to define the nature of family, marriage, and the type and character of personal relationships between consenting adults
Yes.
26. Ending religiously-based curricula in government-funded public schools
Yes.
27. Ending the use of religion as a justification to deny children necessary medical care or subject them to physical and emotional abuse
Only in extreme circumstances.
28. Revocation of the Congressional charter of the Boy Scouts of America
What's said charter say?
29. Youth given the right to survive by being provided adequate food, shelter and comprehensive health care, including prenatal care for mothers
Yes.
30. Increase the current pay levels, monthly imminent danger pay, and family separation allowances for  U.S. soldiers
No.
31. Provide better care for the wounded, sick, and injured soldiers returning home
Yes.

Yes.

Yes.
34. Preventing communities from being coerced by governmental agencies or corporations into siting hazardous materials
Yes.
35. All people given a right to food, housing, medical care, jobs that pay a living wage, education, and support in times of hardship
Yes.
36. Corporations receiving public subsidies required to provide jobs that pay a living wage, observe basic workers' rights, and agree to affirmative action policies
Yes.
37. No embargo or economic sanction that would cause the suffering or death of civilians should be enacted
Tough one. Not a friend of embargos though.
38. A publicly funded health care insurance program
Public tax-financed basic health care.
39. Lifetime benefits for everyone; coverage cannot be lost for any reason
Not sure what this means.
40. Comprehensive benefits, as good or better than existing plans, including dental, vision, mental health care, hospice, long-term care, substance abuse treatment and medication coverage
See 38.
41. Increased funding for comprehensive sex education that includes AIDS education
