The subject line is fairly self explanatory.  Check the box for anyone who you think has at least a 1% chance of winning the 2008 general presidential election.  So this is sort of a combined probability for primaries and GE (save Bloomberg, who doesn't have to go through a primary).....if you think they'd make great GE candidates, but have zero chance of getting the nomination, then they don't qualify, since they'd have to get the nomination first.

voted all except Bloomberg and Richardson.  Edwards and Huckabee are really trivial too, though.

Based on the numbers from the 19 people voting so far, forumers (on average) think that 7 of those people have at least a 1% chance of being elected.  Therefore, it seems that all the "such-and-such (usually Clinton) has it in the bag" posts that I read here every day is a bit of hyperbole.  There are still a number of candidates who have at least a remote chance of winning.

I voted for all except Bloomberg. I don't think anyone can be ruled out in the primaries yet (out of those listed). Once you're past the primaries, really anything can happen. I'm not sure whether Thompson or Romney can actually win a general, but a threshold at 1%? Sure, it COULD happen.
