I think the north may be less racist, but LA has alot of racism. also Detroit is verry racist from what I have herd.

Yeah Vermont is the obvious choice. anywhere that is liberal and +90% white is the least racist.

Reason Vermont is +90% white is cause blacks outside the south don't live in rural areas. So it's not as if Vermont kept them out on purpose, just no one ever came to live there.

I think this whole topic is a bit stupid to be honest. How do you measure it? You can't measure it by integration cause there's a very limited geographic base outside the south that has blacks, as they only migrated to cities for jobs post-slavery. Asians only exist really in California to be large enough to be counted in demographic statistics. There's Hispanics everywhere and there are people everywhere that in kind want to have immigration controls, is that racist or just protecting borders? Depends on who you ask. Do we take into account racism by minorities?

Yeah,  I would say Western Great Lakes, Far Northwest and Nortern New England.

Basically, any part of the far north that was not settled by southerners after the Civil War.

I would say the most racist place would be the jello belt, and their race-based salvation.

It depends on whether you mean not racist in theory, or not racist in acctuality.  There are certainly plenty of places in the North, esspecially the rural and suburban North where people are tollerate in theory, but just wait until they start moving in, then you'll see tension first, and within 5 years, the "n-word" is flying around (or greasers, wet-backs, what have you).
