First of all, it is an honor to have been appointed by Governor MAS117 to serve the Northeast. I hope that you will all find my representation in the Senate both active and reflective of your views.

Secondly, I would like to share my current legislative outlook. As of the current time, I do not have any bills that will be put forward in the near future, though, given the sorry state of the current Senate backlog, this is not necessarily a bad thing. I hope instead to help the Senate move forward through the current legislative agenda and clear the queue before cramming in more proposals.

I would like to open this office to input from the people. What would you like to see happen in the Senate that is not currently happening? What issues would you like addressed?

Finally, I would like to announce my intent to run for election here in the Northeast in the upcoming October elections, barring a major event.

I am moving to the state of New Hampshire. I do not anticipate that this will affect in any way my ability to serve the Northeast in the Senate, and I hope that I will continue to serve the Northeast for much time to come. I will be maintaining my previous office in New York City as well as opening a new office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the people of the Northeast for electing me to a full term in the Atlasian Senate, where I will continue to take a common sense approach that I feel best represents the practicality of the Northeast. I look forward to working with Senators-elect Sensei and Everett, and I would like to congratulate them and my fellow Senators Lewis and Sam Spade on winning their respective elections. I hope to serve the Northeast well for a full term.

Thank you,

Senator Verily
