Which is nothing like lying in a State of the Union Address to start a pre-emptive war that we didn't need to sacrifice 900+ American lives too.

Bush did not lie about anything at the State of the Union. Show me any examples please? Of course you won't but I hope you can try at least.

Quick point: Kerry is rich and a member of the elite. Bush is also rich and a member of the elite.

Of course, but that's a fact that sits way back in the voter's mind.

The only important thing is perception. The perception of Bush is the one from the 2000 Republican convention - everyday guy from Midland, Texas.

How people perceive Kerry will be determined in the next three days. The Democrats better do some re-education with Teresa (she most certainly does have a snobby image), or, if she's not amenable, keep her under the radar, like they're doing with Whoopi.

I agree with you on that.

IF I recall correctly, Bush's position on Iraqi WMD dovetailed with the Clinton Administrations conclusions.

Did Clinton lie to the American people when he said that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction?

Right, because that's the right thing to do - harm people you disagree with you. You're a real nutcase, you know that?

When a person has $700 million, she gets used to having her own way.  People bow down to her and kiss her a** because she controls so much money.

A political campaign is different, and Mrs. Kerry (is that her name?; it's not even clear) is clearly having some adjustment problems.

In a way, I like her.  She was right on in describing the Democratic establishment as "putrid" back in 1976.  She seems to say what she thinks, and that can be very entertaining.

She reminds me a little of a super-rich Betty Ford.  Maybe we'll find out one day that she was zonked out on booze and pills when she was saying some of these things, just as Betty was when she was making her "refreshing candid" and "outspoken" statements.
