Mr. Governor, since Al resigned, it is your responsibility to appoint a Senator per Article I: Section 4: Clause 4 of the Constitution, so can you appoint Sensei and he'll just start his term early?

Was that the official appointment?  I just feel that the Mideast should have a Senator present while confirming Al.
