Depends on the issue. The country has become more liberal on abortion and environment, but more conservative on immigration, crime, education and economics.

I agree with Roll Roons, it depends on the issue. Hell, it might even vary state to state. We are indeed two Americas.

Maybe it's just me, but it feels like the environment has taken a backseat since Covid in the minds of people. We haven't really had the same big environmental protests that were there in the 2010s, like after the BP spill or the Australian fires, or an event with similar wide news coverage that those got.

Obviously, more liberal the rich received tax cuts in the 2010s before the Pandemic and taxes are getting ready to be raised. Do you know that by 2050 the longer we live taxes need to be 50% on the wealthy not 40% to keep SSA Solvent

Common sense tells you that taxes has to be raised because poverty ratio has gone thru the roof that's why states keep offering stimulus check but not the Feds because Johnson is Spk, once Jeffries is Spk he will almost have to pass reparations and 1 more stimulus checks in 25

The country is moving from center right to center Left

We're in a Liberal era. Conservatives are leaderless, been ineffective when in power, and Donald Trump is not really a conservative.

The masses are more liberal, but the media and politicians elected and judges nominated are more conservative.
