No effect to helping Trump ever so slightly.

More likely the former, as I don't think Haley's voters necessarily hang on her every word like the Trump cult does with their candidate.

We'll get an idea soon enough, I guess.

I voted "no effect" since it was not an endorsement.  However, her endorsement, if and when it comes, would help Trump a lot.
