It's the best they can do.

Israel will not allow Gaza to build an army to kill Jews.  That much is obvious.

For this reason, Israel must prevent Gazans from organizing into an army, from building military infrastructure, and from acquiring weapons.  This requires a physical presence in Gaza.

Obviously the international community is going to bitch and moan and say that Israel actually should leave Gaza alone and let the Palestinians pinky promise never again to reform Hamas (just like in 2005).  The pressure means Israel can't just annex Gaza and stay there indefinitely.  So instead what they need to do is create a situation where even after they leave, the odds of Hamas 2.0 are as low as possible.

How do you do this?  By enacting a cultural shift.  Get rid of all the schoolbooks that say Jews literally invented dying just to kill Arabs.  Deradicalize, deradicalize, deradicalize.  And try to present yourselves as the good guys as much as possible.  Naturally this is difficult when there will be constant attempts to form terrorist bands and kill Jews.  But you do the best you can.

I don't really see any other way around this unless the international community is willing to step in and help out.

Gaza is too much of a mess for Israel to trust the Palestinian Authority to take care of this.

A good chunk of the Israeli population needs those same 'deradicalization programs' if all the interviews with settlers (and regular right-wing Israelis) I've watched, mostly from Pro-Israeli outfits, is any indication. This is a laughable, and essentially just the west bank solution. Where there will be security corridors that will cut up gaza into smaller concentration camps and no doubt there will be zero political will to staunch any settlers who get any bright ideas with the IDF now running security.

Comparing the Israeli security state in the West Bank to concentration camps like Auschwitz, Sobibor, Mauthausen or Treblinka is appalling.  It shows that either you don't understand the gravity, scale and horror of the industrialized torture and death machine that was the concentration camp system, or worse, you do understand, and you are using the comparison as an attempt to intentionally downplay the severity of what the Jews suffered so you can attack Israel.

The Gazan's have now been concentrated into extremely small 'humanitarian zones' with completely inadequate facilities and Netanyahu has now declared his intent to make this a permanent situation if he gets his way by making the meager land they have had to live on the last 50 something years into an IDF military outpost.

Do the towns in the West Bank have gas chambers where prisoners are systematically slaughtered en masse?
Do they have big burn pits and ovens where prisoners are forced to cremate and dispose of the bodies of their dead friends and family?
Are prisoners used for forced labor in the freezing winter on starvation rations until they drop dead?
Are prisoners routinely tortured, raped and murdered for fun by their guards?
Most of all, are the Palestinian towns in the West Bank part of a giant, industrialized system specifically designed to exterminate an entire race of people?

You're conflating concentration camps (things which were used at other times by other governments, including the British in South Africa during the Boer Wars and the United States for Japanese-Americans in the 1940s) with extermination camps.
