Romney defeats Obama in 2012 and loses in a rematch 4 years later with Obama returning to the White House in the late 2010s. His second term saw him oversee the COVID pandemic in March 2020 in the final months of his presidency

Romney decides to seek the nomination again in 2020 and faces Hillary Clinton who is Governor of New York since 2014.

This but Romney flips AZ.

I'm not sure, HRC would have been a good fit for the state and had more appeal to Hispanics than Biden. I think in 2020 the state has shifted enough to flip Dem in an election she wins nationally.
