This source reliable?

But I remember seeing a similar story involving Tim Scott in September / October, where he went dark on TV ads. His campaign tried to wave off questions by saying it was all strategy, that they were just waiting for the voting date to get closer. But given Scott's withdrawal soon afterwards, pulling ads was likely a sign of the end

So maybe DeSantis is giving Haley a chance

Yes, they're a very good source for info on political ad spending.

I guess "Never Back Down" ... backed down.

Wrong, DeSantis isn't done. Two Pro-DeSantis SuperPacs are now on the Air "Good Fight" and "Fight Right".

NvrBackDown has shifted exclusivly to Ground Game!

Sorry old friend but “shifting exclusively to ground game” is just loser talk for throwing in the towel.

Ad Campaign if you are a Republican running against Trump is just not very effective.

That being said the DeSantis Campaign feels a lot like this

https://www.ineosbritannia.com/en/articles/409_INEOS-TEAM-UKs-36th-Americas-Cup-campaign-ends-in-PRADA-Cup-Final.html

I worked for that Team in 2020/21. UK's richest Person, Sir Jim Ratcliffe pumped some north of $ 150M into the Campaign but the Boat was too slow and off the pace.

Unfortunately they literally fired everyone after that Campaign meaning I lost my job and the Mercedes F1 Team took over everything. I still like my Team and hope they do better next August.
