We often times forget the Reagan Southern Strategy because with Eday of Obama in 2006 ended the Reagan era 1968/2006 but Rs campaign on the Southern Strategy that's why they reduce the size of Govt by giving out tax cuts to rich people.

Taxes are gonna go up eventually, by mid Century it's not gonna be 15% Corporate taxes it's gonna be back to 30% and Top bracket should be 50%, like during the JFK era we need more Section 8 vouchers printed

But, the Reagan Southern Strategy still exists too, when you go on a Walmart job there are blk Stores managers and will hire blk and Brown people you have to go they rigorous interviews for a Law firm job because the Law firms are own by white families

A mixed legacy. On the one hand she saved Roe in 1992, on the other hand she was part of the 2nd worst ruling of the last 3 decades (Bush vs. Gore), though in the case of the later she did express regrets.

I don't know how long the Obama era will last but it can be 25 yrs or longer that's is gonna be a 303 map

There are 132M minorities and 100M white females and only 100M white men , logically Corporate taxes are gonna be 30% and 50% top tax rates by 2030 or later that's just logical

The only thing left of the Reagan era is Crts but CJ Roberts, Kavanaugh and ACB are Max's we don't know where they will stand on Wealth taxes, DC Statehood but they did say Voting Rights was allowable, but Gorsuch did turn them against Affirmative Action

The Christian Right didn't get the Right wing Crt by Crt packing they wanted

did it seem that of the five conservative justices during the 90s - that O'Connor tended to hire the most liberal of clerks? She regularly would hire from people like Harry T Edwards and David Tatel. Of the OC clerks who are now circuit court judges - I'd say there are as many Obama as Trump appointees. Two examples I can think of are Friedland on the ninth and Srinavasan on the DC circuit
